OurCare project

The OurCare project is conducting a new research survey, in partnership with the Canadian Medical Association, to hear from people across Canada about their experiences with primary care and where we can make improvements.

  1. Visit https://www.ourcare.ca/survey and take the survey. It only takes 10-15 minutes and is confidential. Help us hear from as many people as possible.
  2. Use these materials to share the link to the research survey with patients and the public.
