Who can join CCAA?
CCAA is committed to fostering a community that upholds the principles of dignity, equity, and respect for older persons. Our mission is to eliminate ageism and promote the human rights of older people through advocacy, research, and policy development. Membership in our coalition is open to organizations and individuals who share these values and actively contribute to advancing our goals.
The CCAA offers two categories of Affiliate Membership: Individual and/or Organizational.
- Individual Affiliate Membership: Any individual may apply to be a part of the CCAA by registering online, providing basic personal information, their reasons for joining, and how they may be able to contribute to the CCAA.
- Organizational Affiliate Membership: Any organization may apply online to be a part of the CCAA by submitting detailed information about their organization and how they may be able to contribute to the CCAA.
- The CCAA team will strategically review both organizational and individual members based on the unmet needs and priorities of the CCAA, as well as the value proposition of each member. This review will guide the Membership Committee in determining the appropriate level of engagement for each selected member.
